Fixed Wire Testing

Fixed wire testing is a crucial way to ensure that your electrical systems are working efficiently and safely.

Electrical systems within your building should be inspected and maintained regularly in order to prevent fire risks, fixed wire testing (aka fixed installation testing, hard wire testing, or periodic inspection and testing) involves the testing of all electrical services and systems that conduct electricity around any given building.

Fixed wire testing includes rigorous visual inspections and electrical tests, undertaken by one of our trained experts, who will also provide a comprehensive report on our findings and alert you to any immediate electrical dangers.

PAT Testing

Your business uses many electrical appliances every day – more than you may realise when you factor in kettles, computers and phones.

PAT stands for Portable Appliance Testing, and a portable appliance is classed as any appliance that is plugged into a mains supply, and uses, stores or transmits electricity.

Don’t put off PAT testing as it can be a crucial way of identifying fire risks within your business. In accordance with Electricity at Work Regulations and british Standard Regulations, all appliances must comply with PAT inspections and testing.

Our professional team can conduct and manage a PAT testing regime and provide maintained records to show your compliance with government recommendations, with minimal disruption to day-to-day business.

Emergency & LED Testing

Switching to LED lighting from normal emergency lighting could save your business upto £408 each year.

It is also beneficial in reducing maintenance costs, energy efficiency and reducing your carbon footprint – as well as coming with a five-year guarantee.

As fire safety consultants we can supply and fit a range of emergency lighting systems, ensuring compliance with local regulations and offering peace-of-mind should your main system fail in the event of emergency.
