We were requested by the National Trust to provide them with a specification for passive fire protection installation at Delaval Hall in Northumberland. This entailed conducting a site survey to ascertain lines and levels of compartmentation initially, annotating plans and then preparing the specification of materials to enable the Trust to prepare a tender.
This was a challenging project due to the constraints associated with a listing building such as this, but it was delivered to a challenging deadline and to the satisfaction of the client.
